For a bug report, include your device model, operating system, app version, and the screen or prayer you were using. For a prayer-time issue, include the location and calculation settings you selected.

Screenshots can help. Please remove personal names, intentions, or other private information before posting to the public issue tracker.

Privacy questions

Read the privacy policy for details about Kav’s data practices. You can also raise a general privacy question through the support tracker without posting personal information.

Report a prayer request

If a shared prayer request page shows something that should not be there, use “Report this request” on that page, or write to abuse@kavsiddur.comwith the link. For privacy requests, write toprivacy@kavsiddur.com.
